Terms of Service

By accessing, registering on, or using the Primeaccounts platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Primeaccounts with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

To access most features of Primeaccounts, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• You may not create more than one account per individual. Multiple accounts used to exploit promotions or bypass restrictions will be terminated.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.

Primeaccounts reserves the right to reject any registration or suspend accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

Primeaccounts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your own personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the platform. The following conditions apply to all services:

• Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Service availability, pricing, and features may change at any time without prior notice.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform.
• Automated access to the platform (bots, scripts, crawlers) without written permission is prohibited.

The Primeaccounts wallet is an in-platform credit balance used exclusively to purchase services on the platform. The following terms govern wallet usage:

• Wallet funds are not legal tender, have no monetary value outside the platform, and cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for cash.
• All wallet top-ups are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
• Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable once funds are credited to your account.
• You are responsible for verifying your wallet balance before initiating any service transaction.
• We reserve the right to freeze wallet balances suspected of being funded through fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Virtual numbers provided by Primeaccounts are temporary and intended solely for legitimate OTP and SMS verification purposes. By using this service, you agree that:

• Numbers are temporary, may expire quickly, and are not guaranteed to remain active for any specific duration.
• SMS delivery cannot be guaranteed as certain services and platforms actively block virtual numbers.
• You will not use virtual numbers to register for services in violation of those services' terms.
• Charges for assigned numbers are non-refundable regardless of whether an SMS was received.
• You will not use virtual numbers for illegal purposes including fraud, impersonation, or bypassing law enforcement monitoring.

Social media boost services (followers, likes, views, etc.) provided on Primeaccounts are sourced from third-party SMM panel providers. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are not guaranteed. Delivery times and quantities are estimates provided by third-party suppliers.
• Social media platforms may remove or limit delivered engagements at their discretion. We are not liable for such removals.
• Using boost services may violate the terms of service of the respective social media platform. You accept full responsibility for any consequences.
• Orders once placed and sent to providers cannot be cancelled or refunded unless explicitly stated in the service description.
• Target account or page must remain public during delivery. Private profiles may result in order failure with no refund.

Primeaccounts may offer a referral or affiliate program that rewards users for bringing new users to the platform. Participation in the program is subject to the following:

• Referral rewards are only granted for genuine new registrations. Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to claim rewards is prohibited.
• Referred users must complete required actions (e.g., fund wallet, make a transaction) before rewards are credited.
• Primeaccounts reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of all earned rewards and account termination.
• Referral earnings are credited to your wallet and are subject to the same wallet terms described above.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Primeaccounts and will result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of wallet balance, and may be reported to law enforcement:

Primeaccounts reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activity detected on your account.
• Failure to comply with a request for identity verification or supporting documentation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request.
• Any legal obligation or instruction from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited. Primeaccounts is not obligated to provide a reason for suspension or termination in all cases.

All content, design, branding, logos, code, and materials on the Primeaccounts platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Primeaccounts or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express written permission from Primeaccounts. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Primeaccounts, its owners, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from platform unavailability, service failure, or third-party provider issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount credited to your wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primeaccounts, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of the platform or any of its services.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity carried out through your account.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Primeaccounts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

Primeaccounts reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
